Binji from tha Block: Not to jinx anything, but it's almost offical that I have a new place on 90th and 1st. After a few painful months of trying to figure out where I wanted to live, and with whom, Brad Silvers and I settled on a spot right across the street from Roger Clemens. It's a nice spot, not in the neighborhood I wanted to live in, but the apartment was so nice for the price, that we would have been fools to pass it up. I was looking into single apartments in Brooklyn, but I just couldn't afford the ones I liked, and then was hoping to get a place in the 60's or 70's, but the damn finances were a problem again. What's good about the place though is that I'm still close to Yankee Stadium, and the subway is not too far, so the commute to work won't be that unbearable. Also, Juice, Katie, Katee, Matt Watt and Nick Kurian all live within a block or two of me. Last night, I got drinks with Zubin and Chris Au, where Chris Au informed me that he managed to secure a nice pull-out couch for Brad and I at the low cost of $250. Chris Au is the man, for now... None the less, we hung out for a while, and Zubin did not unleash the dragon in public this time.
